Aminath Nadha Hussain is an Assistant Director working at the Policy Office of The President's Office of Maldives. She has a Bsc in Business Economics with a First Class Honours fom University of Westminster (UK). She rejoined the President’s Office in 2014, after her studies and worked in the Economic Department for 4 years until the new administration took office in 2018. During her time in the Economic Department she was responsible for researching and analysing issues related to the economic policies of the government, preparing policy papers and monitoring and evaluating the Public Sector Investment Programs (PSIP) and Priority Projects of the Government. With the new administration that took office in 2018, the Economic Department was merged into the Policy Office and currently Ms Nadha works at the Rapid Action Unit of the Policy Office. Her current work involves the formulation, monitoring and evaluation of all governance related policies and Decentralization Policy of the government. Currently she is involved in the formulation of the Strategic Action Plan of the Government.
