Liya Perepada graduated as a Specialist in Organizational Management from the Moscow Humanitarian and Economics Institute in Russia. Has more than 10 years of experience working on different development projects and programs particularly in the area of governance between the UNDP and different governmental organizations of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan. She specializes in monitoring and evaluation, organisational/institutional management, policy advice (gender and HIV/ AIDS).
In Afghanistan she worked on and led a development project on gender equality for two years and in October 2018 joined an innovative team of M&E specialists under the Law and Order Trust Fund for Afghanistan. The team applies cutting edge technologies, new tools for research, data collection, analysis to understand better people's perceptions in the rule of law sector. She has designed and implemented a number of surveys on access to justice, community and police perceptions and others.
