Titus David Antoine is the acting head in the Department of Economic & Technical Cooperation, within the Ministry of Finance, Planning, Economic Development & Physical Development; where he is responsible for Resource Mobilization, International Donor Coordination and the executive implementation of the Government’s Public Sector Investment Programmed (PSIP). This includes coordinating the appraisal of projects entering in the Government's PSIP pipeline. Titus’ academic background include Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance, Economics and International Business as well as a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration and International Business from the St. George’s University. Titus has also garnered specialized training in Local Revenue Administration, Project Cycle Management, Negotiations and Climate Finance Access etc while working in various departments of the Ministry of Finance over the years.
