Tessie C. Gregorio is a Director of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Philippines. She is at the forefront of the results or performance-based budgeting efforts of the Department for the whole of government. She also leads the efforts on results-based monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, which is being institutionalized across agencies of government. She has participated both as a resource person and participant in international workshops and training as well as top-level meetings on public financial management (PFM). She holds a Master’s Degree in Development Economics at the Center for Development Economics, Williams College, Massachusetts, USA. She is a recipient of the Joint-Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ-WGSP), and one (1) of the five (5) Global Finance Interns for 2000 at Sanwa Bank of Japan in New York.
