Mr. Tashi Duba is a Senior Research Officer at the Research and Evaluation Division (RED) in the Gross National Happiness Commission Secretariat (GNHCS) in Thimphu, Bhutan. He heads the evaluation unit and leads the evaluation of the government’s priority policies, programs, and projects. Currently, he is also the Board member of the Evaluation Association of Bhutan. Before joining GNHCS, he worked in the Ministry of Health as a Program Management Officer for over 10 years. He has wide experience in program and project management, policy formulation and evaluation.
He has a Master’s Degree in Demography from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Royal Institute of Management in Thimphu, Bhutan. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Sherubtse College in 2007.
