Noran Aly is a motivated and diligent mid-career Economist who is interested and active in Economic Development and Global Affairs-Policy making related to topics such as Food Policy, Industrial Development, Environmental Practices and Poverty Reduction. Her research interest is mostly concerned with sustainable and inclusive economic development practices, locally and globally. She had a diverse work, internship and extracurricular experiences ranging from public policy related to Egyptian economy and trade market analysis of SMEs to participating as a delegate in the student model of The Model of American Congress (MAC)-Cairo University. Currently working as an Economic Researcher in the Monitoring Affairs at The Ministry of Planning, Monitoring and Administrative Reform of Egypt, under the supervision of the Minister's Assistant for Monitoring Affairs. Her vision is to maintain the sustainability of development programs all over Egypt. Her mission is to pursue impact evaluation for these development programs pragmatically as a crucial tool for promoting long-term continuity and well-functioning of these programs.
