Patrick d'Oliveira is currently, Head of Advocacy and Quality Assurance Unit, Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist and HACT Focal point of UNDP DR Congo Country Office. Prior to this, he served his country (Republic of Benin) for seven years (1999-2005) as Statistician and expert in Health Development System. From May 2006 to April 2008, he worked for European Union in DR Congo as European Development Funds Health Program Coordinator (PS9FED). He has joined the UNDP in May 2008, and has successively worked as M&E specialist for the Global Fund programs in DRC, Mali and Djibouti. He holds a Master's Degree in Development Economics with option: Management of Development Policies and Program (University of Clermont Ferrand, France 2004), and an Engineering Diploma in Statistics and Planning (University of Benin, 1999).
