Computer Systems Engineer with a Master's Degree in Information Technology and Communication Management, with higher education in Public Management and Electronic Government, Business Intelligence and Big Data, as well as in Management Decision Making. Since 2011, she serves as Director of the National Information Center of the Social Sector CENISS. Among other managerial and technical advisory positions, he has led work teams in the area of Infotechnology for institutions such as the Secretariats of Finance, Education, and Agriculture and Livestock. She has worked as a Consultant in projects financed by Cooperating Organizations such as the World Bank, IDB Inter-American Development Bank and Japanese Cooperation. Among other responsibilities he has worked in the past as: Representative for Honduras before the Latin American Network of Educational Portals RELPE, based in Colombia, Representation, before the Educational Community of Central America and the Dominican Republic CEDUCAR, based in Costa Rica and Representative Member before the Iberoamerican Network of Information and Communication Technologies RIATE, based in Spain.
