Esteban Tapella is a professor of Social Planning and Evaluation at Universidad Nacional de San Juan and Director of the Social and Environmental Labour Studies Program (PETAS) in Argentina. He is member of the Coordination team of EvalParticipativa. He has 30 years of experience in the field of development studies and evaluation, working for European Commission, the World Bank, FAO, UNDP, Action-Aid, Kellogg Foundation, DEval, among others. He has experience in technical and analytical assistance to strengthen decision-making, planning, sharing of information, best practices and lessons learnt. He has excellent command of participatory evaluation and research tools and other qualitative and quantitative methods. He is co-founder member of the Argentinean Evaluation Network (EvaluAR - http://revaluar.wix.com) and former Board member of the IOCE and EvalPartners.
