Mr. El Hassan El Mansouri holds a PhD in Human Geography and Territorial Planning (Option Arab World ) of Poitiers University (1989) - Researcher and then Head of the Department of Migration and Urbanization of the Center for Demographic Studies and Research at the Ministry of Planning (1990-2000 ) - Coordinator of the National Debate on Territorial Development (2000-2002) - Inspector of Housing, Urban Planning, and Spatial Planning - Head of the Partnership and Communication at the National Observatory of Human Development ( ONDH) - National Coordinator of the Joint Program ONDH / UN Agencies - Coordinator of the Regional Program Agenda 21 Meknès-Tafilelt UNDP - Coordinator of the Oasis-Tafilelt project, Ministry of Water and Environment Planning - General Secretary of the ONDH (since 2014). ; He has contributed to the elaboration of several studies and evaluations, in particular the evaluation of the Medical Assistance Scheme for the Economically Deprived: RAMED, the evaluation of service delivery indicators in Education, a study on inequalities in Morocco, the situation of young people in Morocco precisely young NEETs, an evaluation of student houses in rural Morocco, an evaluation of mothers' houses in rural Morocco, an evaluation of small family farming and others...He has participated to do several publications on Urban Planning and Internal and International Migration among which "Rural Exodus" and "Population and Poverty". In addition, he participated in the report "Fifty Years of Human Development in Morocco: Basic Services and Spatial Considerations in Morocco" 2006.
