Economist Statistician, Bali Andriantseheno has also graduated from Carleton University’s IPDET as a Development Evaluation Professional and from the CESAG, Dakar as an Impact Evaluation Trainer. He has conducted many evaluation studies and research works on social, economic and environmental subjects for many international organizations (including UNICEF, USAID, the World Bank, IFAD, FARA, EU, …) and the Government of Madagascar. He is a former Board Member of AfrEA and a Past President of the Malagasy Association for Evaluation (MASSE). He has taught Social Public Policy at the School of Sociology of the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar. Bali Andriantseheno has been appointed as the Coordinator General of the Reforms Program for Administration’s Efficiency (PREA) based within the Presidency of the Republic of Madagascar since March 2015. His main areas of experiences and interests are Child Protection, Health, HIV & AIDS, Partnerships, WASH, Gender, Environment, and Climate Change, Innovation and Urbanization. Bali Andriantseheno speaks both French and English fluently
