During my almost a decade of experience with UNDP Afghanistan and currently serving as Officer-in-charge for a very important team i.e. Programme Strategy and Results Team (PSRT), gives me the opportunity to work closely with UNDP’s largest Programme cluster. This opportunity results in extensive learning and promotion of UNDP corporate policies on Project and Programme development, integrated work planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Results Reporting and quality assurance. My advisory role to Programme Units include working with the diversified programmes and projects on developing theories of change, problems trees, solution trees, results-frameworks, logical frameworks, monitoring systems, managing CPD and Project evaluations and establishing reporting mechanisms for development projects and programmes. Knowledge management and designing & implementation of capacity development interventions on corporate policies, UNDP regulations and RBM in general, for UNDP colleagues and government officials, is another important area of my work.
