Kwanpadh Suddhi-Dhamakit (“Kwan”) has more than 10 years of public policy advisory services in various fields. Before joining UNDP Afghanistan in June 2019, he was the Team Leader on Strategic Result, Partnership and Innovation in UNDP Myanmar. During 2015-2017, he managed M&E exercises for LOTFA projects and was responsible for oversight and quality assurance of the LOTFA Support to Payroll Management (SPM) project. Prior to that, he was with UNDP Thailand where he led innovative and more sustainable programming in various development fields, including rule of law, access to justice, anti-corruption, and disaster risk reduction. Previously, he also worked as a Human Development Program Specialist at the World Bank’s East Asia and Pacific region on issues related to social protection and public health and was a Senior Consultant at KPMG working with the Government & Public Sector Team. He graduated from the London School of Economics; has a Master’s Degree from the University of St. Andrews; and was a Research Fellow in the Public Policy and Policy Analysis at Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
