Zenabou is Economist and Gender and Climate Change Specialist with 12 years of experience on climate issues in the field but also at international level mainly as observer in climate talks. She is the coordinator of Women Environmental Programme Burkina, NGO for the promotion and protection of the environment. It pays attention to women and youth, through advocacy for the recognition of the differentiate impacts of climate change on women and men and for adequate response measures. Their works cover also the empowerment of women at all levels. Projects are also implemented on the ground for that purpose like the current women 2030 project. His organization is an active member of the “Reseau Climat Developpement”, an african francophone network and of Women Major Group among other.
