Tatiana Tretiakova is a coordinator of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Network of the Kyrgyz Republic. In 2019, she was elected Chairman of the Eurasian Alliance of National Assessment Organizations. During 1999-2001 she co-authored the UNDP Annual National Human Development Report for Kyrgyzstan. Since 2000 she started evaluation activities as a member of the International Program Evaluation Network (IPEN) and has been participating in working groups elaborating national and regional development strategies and programs. She is the developer of courses and trainings on M&E. In 2008 she co-founded the National M&E Network to promote evaluation as a tool for increasing the transparency and effectiveness of government processes. Since 2017, working with the Government to improve the skills of civil servants for the implementation of the SDGs in Kyrgyzstan. At the Third Global Forum of Evalpartners, Tatiana was awarded for promoting an evaluation at the national level.
